Lancet Squadron are one of two squadrons stationed on the Azrunite flagship Akron, the other being Sceptre Squadron. It is comprised of twelve pilots, with six active aircraft and four in reserve. As of 9321, both Lancet fly the AFxD variant of the Foxtail Duplane. Lancet's commanding officer is Elzie Kerowan.
Prior to serving on the Akron, Lancet Squadron operated from Halcyon Station as part of their Local Air Militia.
