New Frander State is the capital territory of the United Sky Kingdoms and the location of its capital city, New Frander. It was an 'artificial' territory drawn up from the domains of the three founding monarchies of the USK: Lorrocaux, Serulia and Adelphia. It is the smallest of the USK's regions, encompassing only the municipal district of New Frander and the surrounding 80 nautical miles.
