Lancet Squadron are one of two squadrons stationed on the Azrunite flagship Akron, the other being Hammer Squadron. It is comprised of six active aircraft with four in reserve. As of 9321, both Lancet and Hammer fly the AFxD variant of the Foxtail Duplane. Their commanding officer is Elzie Kerowan.
Prior to serving on the Akron, Lancet Squadron operated from Halcyon Station as part of the Local Air Militia.
