Admiral Litus Moller is one of the foremost members of the Ganzabi Navy and is responsible for the primary invasion fleet in the New Nezzu War. Moller is vindictive and cold in many ways, but believes strongly in his moral absolutism. As a passionate Gnostic, he is convinced that his actions are for the greater good and will be rewarded in Arkaedis, leading him to take some courses of action his fellow officers disapprove of. He is strictly adherent to the old-world values of honour and chivalry, frowning upon those that don't observe them.
His talent for educating subordinates made him a popular choice for large ship and/or fleet command. In time this led him to command the flagship Lord Gnost.
