Megaprops are massive engines with windmill-like propeller blades, typically over five metres in diameter and spinning at a fairly slow rate (3 revolutions a second or less). They are often found on airships and utilise the same principal as the propeller engine, although due to scale differences the speeds involved are typically much slower.
