Hamel Jerome was a Ganzabi pilot from 756th Squadron. He was shot down on August 7th 9329, crashing in Laronor.

He later convinced Hennie and her friends to take over the Laronor Gundar, convincing them there was a bomb plot. Although he then followed through with his plan, the arriving Ganzabi authorities refused to acknowledge his merit and he decided to switch sides. He was shot by a Ganzabi officer after freeing Hennie.
