Countess De Saufon, sometimes known purely as the Countess, is a prominent Ganzabi woman. Although not a member of Ganzabar's military, as the President's daughter she has a special commission permitting her to take and use ships as she sees fit. She is flamboyant, ruthless and often sadistic. Her decadent nature and disregard for Ganzabi Honour bring her into repeated tension with Admiral Moller, her (supposed) superior.
