Beyjuk social structure is strongly patriarchal and emphasises the wisdom of one's elders. The Beyjuks have a reputation for being warm and lively, with a keen eye for profit.
Language
Most Beyjuk communities speak Dinjari or Guba Jango.
Name Honours
Some family names may have a prefix appended to them by decree, although this practice has become less common with the dissolution of the Lystrata Empire. These honours are rendered as "prefix-name" and must be used whenever the surname is referred to. They are:
- Miş - Exemplary dedication to service
- Alak - Utmost piety
- Zoruk - Success in the face of overwhelming adversity
- Baju - Loyalty beyond all expectations
